In both cases, you then pay the freelancer their agreed monthly rate directly, every month, for as long as you work together — with no further fee to us.
We don't charge you anything on an ongoing basis after the hire is made.
The rate you agree with your freelancer is exactly what they receive — we don't take a cut of it.

After you've interviewed candidates and confirmed a hire — not before, and not if you decide not to proceed with anyone.
The fee is calculated on the rate agreed at the time of hire. If your engagement scope changes later and the rate is renegotiated, that's between you and the freelancer directly.

No. The 10% is a one-time matching fee. Every rupee you pay the freelancer afterward goes to them, in full.
